Jan, there were many great landscape images that I downloaded probably on your website, I think you should add them to the gallery on Indiegogo. And while I have the chance to tell you, in the enhanced edition please don't hide such beautiful landscape images behind too many boxes and text boxes. J.U.L.I.A. really brings a sense of wonder and evasion, and these wondrous panoramic views should be seen in all their beauty at all times. I hope you will bring more of them with even more interactions with them.

Jan, if you can think of giving more perks to the $25 and $50 tiers, you potentially could get a good percentage of those 200 backers to upgrade their donations.

I intend to upgrade my donation eventually, at a strategic moment, and maybe only at the end of the month when I get paid, but it would be nice if you could give us excellent reasons to do so. And I can only upgrade once because PayPal charges me £1 every time I contribute because it is international.

Also, many don't want the box (I don't), so perhaps there should be a $50 entirely digital tier. Perhaps Ghost in the Sheet as a freebie might help? Or I'm sure you can think of something else related to J.U.L.I.A.? Like beta testing maybe, or more extras only for higher tiers...

These are just suggestions of course, don't feel oblige. But it would be cool to encourage people to upgrade their donations. You could potentially get $750 instantly maybe and ensure future donators go straight to $25 or $50 instead of $7. Obviously you have not given them the incentive required since most went for $7.

Come on! Spice it all up! Time for a new update to get the $750 to reach the goal as soon as possible, so you can move on with stretch goals instead. The interesting part of the campaign!



No more pretence, it must be stated as is. I just posted that on the Dreamfall Chapters' comments on Kickstarter. We will reach that $5000 goal within 24 hours! We must!

The perks are really tricky. The main problem is that what looks like $5000 will turn out to be $4650 after IndieGoGo deducts some money. Then PayPal takes away another percent. When it finally arrives to our account, our beloved goverment takes either 40% (or 19% if we are lucky and find a way around our stupid laws). So the worst case variant is that we'll get something around $2,500.

This way we won't have much money for physical pledges (and shipping them) if we want to fund the game and not go into another big minus.

I will have to really think about what to add, I believed myself that the custom hintbook and full soundtrack for J.U.L.I.A. (which is a lot of music actually) is well worth the $25 pledge if you consider that you'll get the Enhanced Edition which will have quite a lot of new contents already as we will hopefully reach the story extension stretch goal.

If you have an idea what could be added, help me there. We currently don't have rights for Ghost to give it like that so this won't be possible.

But! We are really excited by the progression and with the love we're getting for our little campaign.

As a side note - if you look at other Kickstarters, you usually see that we are much lower with the pledge levels in general which is the reason why the progression is slower.

Jan, I knew you would think of something great for people to upgrade, and I think it already had a positive effect on the campaign after only 2 hours. Some already upgraded to Astronomer and others went straight for the $25 instead of $7. Now at 96% funded! We will now reach the goal within a few hours for sure... Yééé!

Edit: the goal is now reached! $5005! Now on to double it!

This was a crazy week. We're not done yet, though. There are serious plans how to enhance the game's content and we'll be sharing some of the material with you.

Especially the Fullscreen exploration can impress the more point'n'click oriented players out there.
