Just got mine too - can't believe how quick it was!!!

Hi All - I don't know where this question belongs so here goes. Actually it's more of a gripe. When I saw Cold Case Summer become available, I jumped at it - love this series. Issue is - I processed a payment for the digital download from MDNA site. All went well until the very end where I said - OK where's the software?. But I do not see where to download it UNLESS I Sign UP for PAY PAL - I absolutely will not now or ever use PAY PAL - I have had multiple bad experiences with them and signing up will not happen. So now what? Payment processed - PayPal is an OPTION on the site - There should be a download link but -- nothing.

I also dropped an email to Micke at MDNA - so far no response. I thought maybe someone here might have an idea.

It's just that I am a Computer Pro. and I see way too much identity fraud and abuses. My own little "war" against it.

I have never had an issue with Paypal. When my sons itunes account got hacked and they ran up 400 dollars in purchases Paypal fixed it and reimbursed him immediately, no questions asked.

Oh I'm sure they are reputable and totally above board. It's the transmission of personal data over the Internet that concerns me. I try to keep that down to a little as possible.

It's not PP but whoever might hack THEM and grab info is what happens to folks.


The other thing is I don't like to HAVE to have an account to purchase something - it is supposed to be optional and it wasn't.

It's great they covered your debt for that hack!!

Mikael did reply - and he linked me to a download where I got Cold Case Summer and installed it. I'm already into it and it's as great as expected!!

Hi Sureshot. I also purchased the game via MDNA. Although I DO have a PAYPAL account, I was able to go through my Visa card to make the purchase. After the purchase, the LINK to the game appeared in my E-MAIL a few hours later, and also a receipt for my purchase which came immediately after the purchasing of the game. I'm glad your problem is resolved for you and that you are enjoying this game. HAPPY GAMING!
