So. I go from my save where the fan is NOT plugged in. [Which I must have tried 20 times already !!] But at least I know I AM trying to do the right thing .... The only "red/green light" door I've seen is in the Church Hall (next door, where Stig is sitting) and not in the Church itself but I haven't been able to change the light from red to green on it OR talk to Stig. [All I've been able to do with Stig so far is give him a book - after removing the bookmark from it.] Thanks to both of you and if I do ever get past this sticking point I'm sure I'll back here again in no time requesting more help from you !!

So. I go from my save where the fan is NOT plugged in. [Which I must have tried 20 times already !!] Right. When the priest starts off to the right, you want to be as close as you can get to the door without going through it, right next to the plug-in. Then quickly plug the fan in. When I tried it again, going directly to the plug-in didn't work...which may just be something that only happens to me since I had lots of trouble just getting Ord to stand behind the bookcase door. The only "red/green light" door I've seen is in the Church Hall (next door, where Stig is sitting) and not in the Church itself but I haven't been able to change the light from red to green on it OR talk to Stig. [All I've been able to do with Stig so far is give him a book - after removing the bookmark from it.] If you right click on that red/green light, Ord will say something about it's only working from one side. In this case, the inside. The priest pushes the button to let someone in to hear his confession. So, you have to get into his quarters before you can open that door. Stig isn't going to talk to you. You have to pretend to be the priest. Hurry up, Mad! I need some help stinking this guy out of the bunker. Gil. Aargh!

Just came back to say .... YAHOO !! Got into the Sacristy at last and did the dirty deed. AND also got to listen to Stig confess [Yes. I, too, had difficulty getting Ord to hide behind that bookcase door.] I have also met with an "Activist" in a pub - but couldn't treat myself to a well deserved drink whilst I was in there because there wasn't a barman in sight !! Am now about to try out a cane on a sun dial - on top of a bunker - and hope I'm on the right track Rest assured, if I DO ever catch you up (which I seriously doubt) I'll see if I can offer you some assistance

You aren't very far behind us now, Mad, so get a move on, will ya? I'm getting a Grade A headache here from banging my head on this bunker. Well, I found some coins in a sofa at the bar on Iron Street. Sat on it, there they were, so I used one in the jukebox (actually on the rocker) and put another in the fountain outside. I now have one and no CLUE what to do with it.
Oh, and I found a hole above the old sack I stuffed in next to the compartment where the fan goes. The hole evidently needs to be filled with something, I presume a smelly something. Goody. WHAT? Gil.

I'm in the bunker how do I get in the door on the right side of the bunker. I have to put some numbers in the key pad. Where do I find them. There is a lot of funny writing on the wall. I can get out of the bunker using the ladder but no where to go. Thanks Richard

I think you got out of the bunker, dragon. What weapon? What is a "skip"? Dumb me, that was a typo, should have been "ship", right? The ship is certainly big enough so you must be using the crane. We're not there yet!
Richard, you have to use those signs to get the numbers on the numberpad. Read Chapter 2 again.
I went back to the bar and the rocker is gone so I can use the jukebox. Put the coin in and was given a selection of songs. There's one called Rescue Me and another called Lock It Away. I've listened to those two but don't have time to think about it or listen to more of them. A clue in one of those maybe?
Gil.

Mad when you are reading chapter 2 where do you go. I have to play all of chapter 2 to get the botton panel. WOW. I'm stuck in the bunker and can't get out. All the doors are locked.

Richard,
How did you get stuck in the bunker? Are you saying you can't get out by going up the ladder?

I've forgotten if the game makes you do it automatically, JonVox, but did you cross wire the cables on the fan? Take it out again if not and right click on the fan in inventory. Maybe that's the hangup. Richard, Did you click on the book icon in Ord's panel and go read the book on the stand? It tells you how to decode the signs on the wall. They are the numbers for unlocking the number pad. Thanks for the mace! Do you know how many times I skipped over that drawer? Aargh! Gil.

Did you put the rag in the HOLE and put the mace on the rag. I think so...if I try to click on them again, it says I should leave the sack alone and the mace is fine where it is.

Maybe that's the hangup. That was it! Never even thought to check the fan...grrr Thanks for the help guys! I'm actually a voice actor in this game and trying it out. Ha! It's a real brain workout sometimes.

Have we heard you yet, JonVox? I think the voice acting so far is really good. Yeah, I know what it's like to miss something; I do it often enough. So, I'm through the door. I've figured out what to do with the weapon part but I don't know where to hide Ord yet. Rocking along! Gil.

I'm also Jonatan, Jorgen, Mimir, Surt, and Torgav... And I'm in the exact spot you are!! Trying to find where to hide...
