Playing this game cause I'm taking a break from Sacred Mirror. I can't find the paper clip. Can someone please tell me where it is? Thanks. frown <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="confused.gif" />

Do you have a job yet? Try looking on your new boss's desk.

Hi Midge,
You have to look at the help wanted sign 3 or 4 times until she finds one she will take the phone # of. She will not call for the job until she has a reason to though.

I don't know where to go from here. What reason? I'm very thick today. I've been everywhere and can't find what to do next. Thanks.

Hi Midge,
I am assuming you have contacted the night guard and know you need to get to another island?

Right click on bottle in inventory, then give(show) bottle to ticket agent, you then can call about the job.

Hey You Guys! I finally was able to download this game. I must really be dense today, can't seem to get the girl up that cliff. I have a rope, a stone, a bottle and a flagpole and have aggravated the heck out of that drunk up top.....have tried to put the rope on the stick, or the stone, have made a hole in the cliff but don't know what to do with it, thought putting the stick into it I could use it to step up...no go.....anyone want to take pity on me and give me a 'leg up' so I can go to town to find Paul?
Love, Betty Lou laugh

Betty Lou, jam that bottle in the hole you made in the cliff and then step up on it. Warning: this is pretty fiddly, at least I found it so, and I had to try a bazillion times before I finally wound up on the top of the cliff...

It took some fiddling around (seems like that's all I do in this game!), but I am now ready to enter Morris's room...

I need a spoiler bad. I'm at the interview for the job and I'm trying, without any luck, to answer the 4 multiple choice questions. I think I have the last 3 but I've tried all the choices for the first question and nothing works. Of course I could be mistaken on some of the other 3 questions. At this point I need a spoiler before I do something drastic. Help. Thanks you guys.

Just do it.

Have not had a chance yet to get back to the game, but have a question - is there supposed to be sound with this one? When I start the disc up to open the game I get some message about sound not being configured, but the game starts anyway and I am assuming there is sound but I can play without it, since I don't know what else to do to get the sound to work.
Love, Betty Lou

You don't hear the voices but things like doors closing or opening you do hear.

Betty Lou, there may be an easier way, but this is how I did it:

fill 12 oz glass
pour into 5 oz and dump
pour again in 5 oz and dump
pour remaining 2 oz into 5 oz glass

fill 12 oz glass
move as much as possible to 5 oz glass and dump
again move to 5 oz and dump
move remaining 4 oz to 5 oz glass

fill 12 oz glass
move as much as possible to 5 oz glass

You should now have 11 oz in the 12 oz glass, so give it to the bartender...

Thanks, Gimme, that unstuck me for the moment.

Cattskeg, at this point I went back and talked to Zippo again, and then made a trip to the dock. That red bouy might be interesting looking...

Well, Korsow is not being very good to me--I keep getting killed! I'm hiding behind one of the pillars that holds up Songo, but if I try to do anything, that guy kills me... think

Yepers, he killed me quite a few times too. You're hiding in the right spot, now you just need to give him a thump on the head. How good are you at throwing rocks?

I tried that, and the idiot girl just marched out into plain sight and stood there--guess I must have not put the rock in the right spot. I'll give it another try, thanks... wave

I'm now at Oxymus and I've talked to the guard, looked at the newspaper machine, pay phone, Songo and the water. Guard won't talk to me any more, and nothing else will interact with what's in my inventory. I'm sure it's just some picky little thing like the last time--but what... think
