Ugh! Now I'm in Chapter 5 and stuck again.. I've already found the hair in the hat, and took some from James, and got the hair out of his hand... I've opened the safe, (took all obects that I could.) Now I'm stuck. I've tried going back to the church but I can't get in. There's no one in the pub and I can no longer talk to the owner. Any hints to help me out? ( Also I can't go to the asylum, to stone ring, or the cliffs anymore.)

Dusty, the part that really held me up in chapter 5 was actually in the stable. There is a cap in the stall where the light can be turned off and on. It is morris' hat. Finding it allows more conversation to happen. Good luck.

I'm in the kitchen trying to get the attic key from the little hook by the cellar door but all that's there is the cellar key. It's supposed to be right there. I think I must have forgotten something but I don't have a clue what. Can someone please suggest something. Thanks. I'm loving this game.

Have you talked to Bates about it?
There are 2 keys hanging there. When you click the first time, you take the key and only one is left.
When you click second time, you put back the key.

I just started so maybe that is not where you are.

How do I get the tower key please? I've talked to everyone and I still can't find it. Is it in the package that will be delivered at 7:00? Boy, I'm feeling rather dumb. Everyone is way ahead of me.

The tower key will follow after you get the 7 o'clock package...

Don't feel dumb... I have needed hints so far in every part of the game. I'm not sure you really want all of my answer here so if you don't want to know exactly what will happen I'll space it out. (possible spoiler.)

The key will not be in the box but a note heading you in the right direction to the key will be. Just follow the clues on it.

Midge, you're not very far behind me, so don't feel badly! As for the key to the attic, there is a puzzle to solve that will give it to you. Check out the note, as Dusty suggests, and then head for the library...

Thanks Dusty and Jenny. Another thing I'm supposed to do but I don't know how. I'm supposed to take a picture of something on the tower? I haven't been able to even get the camera out of the drawer yet. Where is the thingie I'm supposed to take a picture of? I'm really dragging my feet.

Before you can take the camera you have to have a reason. The reason is the symbol on the tower wall just above ground level. As soon as Samuel see's it the camera can be taken from the drawer.

Need help again. Sheesh! I'm stuck in the cellar. I've lowered the water in the pond but now I can't get out of the cellar. What did I miss? You guys are sooooo good.

The exit from the cellar back to the kitchen is to your left. Keep your cursor on the left side of your screen and Samuel will keep walking.

Got it Suzie. I forgot you could just keep clicking to move him. I'm now in the morgue and I just got the pawn receipt. I'm waiting for the doc to return so I can give him the bottle.

How long do I have to wait for the doc to come back? I can't leave yet.

It really can be done. Switch all the black stones with the white ones and the red one still goes in the middle. You have to use the extra spaces.
