I have been playing right along but I cannot find the next orange gate. I just finished the treasure chest and am going to the mill but where is the gate

I have gone over everything again and again. What have I missed?

I have done that many times. It says I should work on the tanagram til the lift returns. I have the 24/24 totems and 27 of the coins. Where do I go to work on the tanagram or whrere is the next gate? I am stuck at the mill or by Zachary's house.

Do you have the screwdriver? Have you checked on the minimap to see if you can zoom in and find an area not quite finished?

I have had the screwdriver and I have used it. Yes, I have checked the mini map and it says 0 for all of the totems.

Is it the game itself do I need a patch, do I need to start over?

This is one of those games where offering advice is very difficult.

First, congratulations on getting the game to run at all. More than a few haven't.

Second, I would say it's the game itself. There may be a patch offered, but no telling when.

Third, it's up to you if you want to start over. I have started over repeatedly and had the game fail in all sorts of interesting ways.

What's frustrating is that it seems like an engaging concept brought low by technical problems.
