Oh, I think maybe I get it. I haven't been able to try again yet. I will later.

In Tambo 14. I found the woman guarding the Kero. I can't seem to proceed any further. The hint in that screen tells me that "I should change back to the elder before I continue". I don't know what that means. The screen where the key puzzle was, the woman says that I need to find who is guarding the Kero (which I have done). I'm stuck once again!

OHBOY!!!! WOW! Sorry, I lost this post and had to find it again.
From there we have to go out to the yard with the fountain and go up towards the lake which will take us to another yard and there is the bandit with the Llama. We have to play the flute to discover the llama, then tap the old woman who runs to the cliffs to save the Kero. Let me know if that doesn't work. I found a glitch in this Tambo, so hope it got fixed.

No problem. I've been moving along up until tonight.

I guess I need to find a flute somewhere then. Hm.

You might need to use the foot print icon to find the path that takes you to the woman who is holding a baby alpaca. She will trade the flute for the white gem.

Thank you. It was the white gem I was missing. I found it and will continue on tomorrow.

Your progress is impressive! You are up late as I am! No, later, I'm in Oregon!
There is a sneaky clue on the wall where there is a guard at the doorway that helps with the puzzle as you enter the last Tambo.

Yeah, I don't like to go to bed.

I'm still stuck. The only thing I see that looks like a clue is 2 triangle shaped doorway shadows. I don't know where to locate treasure. I don't know where to play the flute.

hmmm, I'm trying to think what might be missing. Did you give the silver bracelet to the soldiers and then go ahead past them?
From the secret portal you go to the main yard that has the fountain. From there you go north, or top/center as if to the lake which takes you to another yard where the bandit is standing with the stolen llama. If that path going top/center isn't open to go there, something is missing, but seems the only thing you need is the flute, so I'm not sure what. If you get to the place where the bandit is standing in front of the llama that has the invisible cape, tap the llama with the flute and tap the elder to transform from the disguise. I'll see if I can find what else could be missing.

I think I'm where you're talking about but the path is not open. Tapping anything with the flute doesn't help.

Hmm, so you made it to the llama and bandit? I can't think of what might be needed. Once the llama and bandit are tapped with the flute, then tapping the elder makes a transformation to run and tapping the people tell what's happening. I'll see if I can play it through to see what it might be. Did you give the elder the amulet after you opened the secret portal?

I feel like I have tapped every person, every animal, and every object but I really don't know what you mean by "the elder". Perhaps I am missing something? I still have 2 rings in my inventory also that nobody seems to want, and 2 gems that I picked up a couple of Tambos back I think, a blue one and a yellow one. On my map there are 2 blank location spaces up north.

Ah, OK, try using the footprint to find the people who need those gems and give you passage. I'll check my notes to see what needs to be done. By the "elder" I mean the old person who comes out of the portal that you open with the key that you get from the puzzle. That elder turns into the old woman who has been guarding the kero. And we need to give that elder an amulet to change into a disguise before going out to the yard. A ring is traded for the amulet. When you first come into the village, you are following a woman and a llama. Go right to one hut, then come back to the left for another hut. Each hut will trade for the correct ring. Then go back so you can go center/forward

Okay, I'll try again. It really does seem that I've tried all this already though. The amulet was done for sure. At least, I gave it to somebody. I hope some wrong person didn't accept it!

What footprint though? You mentioned that before but I don't think I found that either.

EDIT: Well, I don't know. I was able to trade the rings this time and then I did get an amulet so that must have been a different amulet before. Now the path is open and I will continue. Stay tuned!

Oh. Nobody can accept the amulet but the person who steps out of the portal in that Tambo. So now I'm wondering just where you are. Seems that if you gave the amulet and that you have the flute, you should be able to travel to the next yard top center of the yard that has the fountain. So, you haven't seen the bandit in a yard standing with the llama along with a lot of people and some soldiers?
The footprint is the icon at the lower left by the inventory bag. If you tap that it will show the open paths in that scene. I'm sorry this is a pain. I'll make some changes for an update to make it better.

I have been using the "footprint" now and then. I just didn't know that is what you called it.

I am now at that dragon/boat puzzle in Tambo 15. I did see the clue on the wall but so far no luck.

Fabulous! That darn thing gets me every time and I end up skipping it. I'm going to have to fix that. I usually miss the last knob on the left.
I think I'll make each correct knob have a BLING sound or sparkle when it's the correct one.

Just so you know, the game crashed on me and lost a good bit of my progress. I can't tell you exactly where I was until I get back to that area but somebody told me that "some fruit would be appreciated". I didn't have anymore fruit as I had just traded some away for the trap I think. I clicked to the right and crashed. I have to restart at that puzzle with the animals and the key but first I guess I have to find the key again as well as several other items and trades.

Oh NOoooo! That was unexpected! We haven't had that issue yet, so my programmer will have all sorts of questions, like what did you have in your inventory bag so he can figure out where you are and I'll tell him that you are playing on Windows 10, same as I am. He will have to check to see if it's a Steam issue. . DARN! It was going so well and you are so close to the end. Yes, there is fruit everywhere that needs to be chopped and traded. You gave the large bunch of bananas to the first old man that you come to who gives you the key and you chop fruit there too and collect a gold piece to trade with the monkey.

Well, since I was sent back and had played for about an hour, I cannot possibly tell you what was in my inventory. When I go back in and find things again it will not be in the same order. I had to back track at the puzzle because I didn't have the key and I also found a lot of things I had missed on my way through. My guess is that the path was probably not supposed to be showing as open yet but it did. I probably should have traded fruit first and then the path would have opened but it showed the "footprint". When I stepped there is when it crashed. I know it was one or two screens after getting the trap for the frog. Maybe I can pinpoint it better tomorrow when I replay. I didn't have the heart to go back in tonight. This is a hard part of the game and I was using the hint a lot.

Oh rats!. I'm so sorry. But you fell in the hole and used the key and threw the rope out to the monkey, right? Then it crashed?
My programmer just posted a walkthrough on YouTube and I scrolled to Tambo 15 to see if I could figure it out. Here is the link
if it helps. https://youtu.be/gPyjwGE6TMY
