Shambling my way back to the adventure forum to comment on this one!

Probably selfish of me, but I hope Asylum approaches Sanitarium's level of sheer creepitude - though preferably a smidge more grounded in "reality," as that's usually even freakier.

I have faith in Agustin and his team - the kind that only comes with repeated cellar excursions (that place is still as unsettling as it was the first time devil).

Yeah. I'm a weirdo. grin

There is a town called Hanwell in the UK. To my knowledge it never had an Asylum. I used to live about 5 miles from there in a town called Teddington. Now that had an Asylum. It was called Normansfield, a huge four-storey house quite scarey-looking. My mother went for a garden-party there once in the 60's. She remembers looking up at the bars on the upper floor windows seeing people looking down. She said they kept the most dangerous and disturbed people up there. Was knocked down years ago and luxury homes built on the site.
Wonder how long before it features in a game....

Thanks Carla. I'm going to make a note reminding me that when I see the name "Senscape"... to connect it to Agustin Cordes & "Scratches"... and the --as yet-- 'unnamed' game due out in 2011.

According to Wikipedia, Ealing Hospital in Middlesex County sits on part of the grounds of the original asylum. Must've fueled many spooky stories back when the original was still standing! I just got back from THERE a minute ago... thanks to Google. Have to say... even the 'new' building looks like an austere place... to which many horrors could be attached.

Hey Katbear, Sanitarium was a great game. I think it is time to play it again while I am waiting for this one to come out.

Great trailer (especially the last scene). Let's hope the game delivers the screams it promises lol
