I hope someone can help me. I have been having a real bad time trying to play this game. i would quit, but i like the game. I am at Dracula's castle. i have done everying up to and getting the rings and putting them on the alter. but when I tried to rotate the rings, they just disappeared. I am stuck, I can't do anything else in the game until i do the rings.

Where did you get the game?
It seems to be a hidden object game from Gamehouse.
The place you bought it from should provide tech support for it.

You can also check the posts at ***Gamezebo*** to see if anyone else found a solution to the problem. It's possible that it's an interface problem and not a glitch.

I haven't played the game and have no idea how the puzzle is supposed to work.

According to the Walkthrough the game can be played in full screen or windowed mode - Try toggling your settings and see if you have the same issue.

I've never played the game, so I don't know if it’s a glitch or by design.
