Could a new Elder Scrolls come out this year? I've been reading about the possibility and here are some rumors worth reading if you're interested in a new elder Scrolls.

Elder Scrolls 6? Yup, I'm with you, Mad! Catching up with the RPG stuff I've already got? Ha, ha, ha!!!!
But that would be very cool if a new Elder Scrolls was in the works. We like rumors, oldman!
Gardens put to bed. Time for more reading and gaming.

20162017 sounds about right, given that I haven't finished Skyrim yet -- though, with the Elder Scrolls, one is never truly finished. I still yearn for Morrowind from time to time, and I miss my beautiful formerly haunted seaside home in Oblivion.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

@Mad -- Yes, too many wonderful games left unplayed. @Marian -- Elder Scrolls music is haunting, I agree! It makes me nostalgic too, for lives lived long ago. Click here for video ...

There is something about stumbling into a Deadric ruin in some forgotten corner that feeds my imagination the way no other game or series ever has. It's that Aha! moment that rewards all the obsessive exploring. The only other games that have come close are Fallout 3 and, to a lesser extent, Fallout New Vegas. I tend to forget about the main quest and just go for a wander. Several real-time months later I remember that there's actually a storyline I'm supposed to be following.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Oh darn. Now I want Morrowind again. It's still my favourite. Something about the Ashlands, I think.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

We're off back to Vancouver for five or six weeks and I'm not taking my massive Alienware with me, so I'll have my old Acer laptop, and it can't run Fallout 3 very well, nor Witcher 2, nor the new Dragon Age, but it can run Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim just fine.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

I'm so fascinated by the fact that I can sometimes miss just being in that world! I just want to start the game up and walk around. I miss it like I would miss a real place in the real world. It's the same with Oblivion, but since Morrowind was my first Elder Scroll, it has a very special place in my heart. It sounds so silly, but hey, I like being a bit silly.

I am just starting the Ashland part of the main quest and about to get my good bow. I rule the assasins, natch. Somehow not so interested in a stronghold this time around. Maybe later, though the game proceeds nicely without one.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

The Strongholds are less interesting since the expansion gave us the big house up north I think. Sometimes I really like placing food and stuff in both funny and creative ways, hehe. It's a lot easier to redecorate in Morrowind than it is in Oblivion. That bothers me ...
