If you pick out the pieces that are components of a man's face and fit them together you can see the picture start to shape up - and you get a different perspective of it if you have several pieces together and go away from you computer - then in a few minutes come back and take a good look at what you see from back away from your monitor - I found it helped to keep the lights off too, so I could focus on the monitor and see better.....I just LOVE jigsaw puzzles! Rui, did you click on the stain at the base of the tower and hear Samuel say he needed to record this mark? That has to be done before you can take the camera...

Rui, What you do is go back to a saved game before you touched this puzzle. Then follow the text steps under the pictures. Then when you've done the text steps - the picture should be similar to what you've done. Then go to the next text procedure and check the picture again when you're done, etc......

Hi I am stuck again in this game...How I get to distract the nurse in Ashburry? I want to go to the counter door, but Samuel says that haven´t any idea to talk with the nurse.. How I put the nurse to make a phone call? I have missing something?...I talked already with the boiler and I see the graveyard and when I talk with the nurse only appears the graveyard to ask her!!!! Would you help me, please? Thanks Rui

Rui, did you get the hammer from the roof of the shed and the syringe from the trash? You have to click twice to get the syringe.
And sometimes you have to talk to someone more than once to get the conversation you want. Try talking to the boiler man and the nurse again...

Rui, this one will drive you crazy--you have to go away and talk to everyone, come back and Father won't talk to you, over and over and over. I must have done it fifteen times before he finally told me what I wanted to know.
Just keep trying...

Be patient Rui; He WILL finally answer you. Trust me, like Jenny I had to go back to him at least 10 times. I think it has something to do with the internal clock in the game.

You're right, Rui, this maze was very confusing. Did you light the candle and look at the map with it? Even that doesn't help much.
You need to press the buttons to light only four lamps before the gate will appear. You need:
the middle and far right ones in the first row the far left one in the second row the middle one in the third row
Now the gate should be visible...
