The Firefox "Add-Ons Manager" opens in a separate tab that is labelled "Add-ons Manager." It opens when you select "Add-ons" in the Firefox menu. It's not a separate program. You may have already found it but not realized what it was called.

However you can try temporarily disabling them and see if that helps eliminate the "surveys."
You may also want to delete browser cache, in case there's something in there that is causing the pop-ups. However deleting browser cache may delete cookies that allow you to automatically log into websites.
