This is the old way. I am not sure if this is the way if you downloaded the game recently.
Download the saved game to desktop.
Look for the save game folder or files with the label save.##.
Check the numbers of those files. There are only 24 saved game slots.
If you have that many already - relabel the downloaded file to one of yours and replace yours with the downloaded one. There should be no duplicated numbers, so you have to remove your old one.
The play-load as usual. Load the slot of the relabeled one. The name you gave that slot might be retained.
