Hi, Maian!
Yesterday's sale coupon is still valid, so I picked this one up for $6.99. I didn't play the demo first because I didn't want to take a chance that the coupon would expire in the meantime but, based on the reviews, I'm pretty sure I'll enjoy it.

Looks like a great game, with good reviews, but mine won't play Seems like others having the same problem, over on the Bigfish forums. Hopefully a fix will be coming soon. thracia

Hi, everyone!
I just finished the main game, but I want to give everyone a HEADS UP on a glitch in one of the HO scenes. Towards the end of the game, you will encounter a HO scene where you have to dress 3 dolls. If you do things in the wrong order, one of the dresses will disappear and you'll be unable to finish the game. Before touching a thing, head over to the BF forum and look for the thread entitled "SPOILER ALERT: Solution to the Doll Puzzle and Disappearing Dress". If you follow the poster's instructions, you won't have any problems. Had I not been enjoying the game so much, I would not have bothered replaying.
I hope this helps.

Hi, Marian!
I guess I should be grateful that I could get the game to run at all because so many others can't. I really am tired of buying games that contain glitches, because this is the 4th or 5th game that I've played where I reached an impasse because I did things in the wrong order. I ended up replaying all but one because I was really enjoying them, but the other one, I ran into a problem and replayed the main game, and then I ran into another problem in the bonus chapter. I'd had enough so I contacted BF Customer Service and received a coupon for a replacement CE.
I do not understand why the developers would allow players to take and use certain inventory items if that results in reaching a dead end. I wouldn't even call that a glitch. I would call that a programming error, and it should never happen.

I'm not going to try to defend releasing a buggy game (although it can happen even with the most conscientious developers), but I do believe that you need to give them 7-14 days to release an update, particularly when there are multiple issues. The developers not only have to identify the problems and fix them in such a way that they will work on several different operating systems, but they also have to be careful such that fixing one thing will not break something else in the programming code. If they were to rush an update, only to release a game with more or different problems, that would be making a bad situation worse.
Vendel Games has released updates in the past and I would be surprised if they don't release one for this game as well. As far as Big Fish Games is concerned, they can only report the problems to the developers - after that, it's up to the developers to come up with a fix.
If I see an update for the game, I will certainly post about it here.
