I am reading that this game leans more towards a casual adventure than an IHOG - although there are some HOP scenes. I found a review of the game here. The review is of the Collector's/Developer's Edition, which is available on Steam - Big Fish is selling the standard version. It sounds like a game worth checking out.

I read the review. Here's my take based on less than half of the demo. The opening puzzle that resembles a pinball machine took me around 8 to 10 minutes to solve; it's the kind where various levers affect each other differently depending on the position. I did not write down the moves as I went which I would have done for a truly difficult puzzle; I was on the verge of doing so when I solved it logically. Then there are several very easy puzzles, so easy I was thinking of sighing and looking for another game; however, I am now arranging queens on a chessboard so that they don't threaten each other. I don't play chess so this is going to take me some time.
Queens on chessboard: Doable for me in around three minutes, nothing like the difficulty of the knights in the Legacy. That said, the solution did take some thought, which is most welcome. I may buy this game.
Edited to add: I have to hook a vacuum cleaner. This is almost grounds for game abandonment. It takes a lot for me to forgive being boxed into intentionally acquiring a vacuum cleaner. I suppose vacuum cleaner fishing would be acceptable to people who love to clean house or regard doing so as exotic but I am not among them.

After a slow start, this game seems rather clever. Interesting puzzles. Play thru the whole demo before deciding what you want to do.

I just finished this game and I liked it enough to play it a second time further down the road in the year 2017 which I do with a lot of my games, I categorize them when I am ready to replay them and when. I got this game with my Bonus game coupon, would I have been disappointed if I had actually paid for it, no. It may not be the best game I have played but the Real actors cut scenes although amateur but well acted gave it a different and refreshing feel. And this game is a good break from games that I played recently re: 18th Century games, freaky snakes and monsters, etc. crawling around here and there and the story line is cute. Again, to each his/her own on this one, not a long game, but a again, a good break from the usual casual games and yes, it is a casual games with it's share of HO screens.

Had run out of my type of game, so went searching and came up with The Last Dream. Don't know how I missed this one, it got something like an 88% approval rate. I also used a free game code. Can't get much better!
If you haven't tried it, please do.
Have fun!
