I purchased the hard copy of this game so I have a hard copy of the manual. I need to know if the downloaded copy of this game also included a manual (like the first game) and how you access it? Thank You!

My copy was downloaded from GOG, and yes the manual is installed along with the game. There is a shortcut to the document in the game folder.

I got my game from Steam. Sometimes the developers add manuals and sometimes not.

If the developers did add a manual -
1. Go to your Steam download manager and then library.
Right click the game and see if there is a "view manual" choice there.
2. You can also check the installed game icon on your computer and see if there's "view manual".
