Just heard that Nancy Reagan has passed. Condolences to family and may she be remembered as a wonderful First Lady.

My father knew Ronald Reagan, and my father and mother went to a backyard barbeque at the Governor's Mansion in California when Reagan was governor. I actually have a picture of the two of them together. Oddly, my mother had previously gotten Reagan's autograph when she was 16 years old (along with that of Jane Wyman, his wife at that time). She never thought she would end up decades later in his "backyard," so to speak.

That's really cool Marian! JFK kissed me as a baby before he was president!
