Those coffee drinks look pretty good to me!

Once or twice a month I'll get a Butter Rum latte. It's my treat to myself. Other than that I have decaf at home.

If caffeine didn't make me into a Super Hyper Caffeeine Girl Super Hero, I'd love all of those! Heck with the sugar...gimmee the Caffeine Power!
I don't drink ANY coffee. Tried it a few times and ended up jittery and bouncing off the walls for hours. Tastes good though except for the side effects. Ugh.

Most people get used to the caffeine in coffee so even strong coffee won't make them jittery and will only make them a little more alert. Some people never get used to it though. It has to do with how well your liver can metabolize the caffeine. I don't sweeten coffee, but I often put butter or cream in it. I also use ***this so-called "Brain Octane Oil" *** in coffee. I can't use more than half a teaspoon a day or it gives me the runs. They recommend 1-2 tablespoons. At one point I figured I wasn't able to take enough of it to see a difference, and decided not to re-order. But my memory and general "sharpness" certainly seemed to get worse after I'd stopped using it. So I re-ordered. I figure I need all the help I can get, even if it's only half a teaspoon's worth.

Also interesting is the "Brain Octane Oil". Sounds like something I could benefit from too! If you try it, be careful not to start with the full recommended dose of one tablespoon, just in case you have the same unwanted side effect with the "recommended" dose that I did.

I drink my regular coffee with skim milk in the morning, and sometimes I add a scoop of a flavored blend, hazelnut being my favorite. I drink my teas (all kinds) plain.
