My mom has been gone for many years and we are many many miles from hubby's mom. I don't like the crowds, so we will lay low and be quiet for the day. Unfortuately due to a fallout with my children year's after my second marriage I no longer hear from them, so now on this day instead of being depressed - I just think of the good times when they were born... So it's a quiet day at home after ringing my husband mum & my Mum:) Happy Mother's Day again...

Mom is 92 and in a nursing home, but doing very well. We had a very nice party for her in the great room with all the grandkids and great-grandkids - at least 25 people and half of them little kids! Gardens put to bed. Time for more reading and gaming.
