If anyone is familiar with this game maybe I could get some help.

I have a Personal Teleport Platform, which is supposed to act as a teleport that you can drop and come back to. This is not the Teleport Stone.

I've read on line that all you have to do is drop the Platform and you can then teleport back to it from any teleport.

The trouble is that I have dropped the Platform and then gone to another teleport and it doesn't show up on the teleport map. In other words I can't get the thing to work.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Is there some special way to drop the Platform? I just can't find the answer.

Oldman, the only thing I found said it can't be used inside. I'm sure you read that also though.

If you used the platform to get to a teleport, then it must be working. Did you try scrolling out on the map? It has been a long time since I played the game, so I don't remember using them.

I have that game on my pc. Have not played it in a long time. Opened it, I am in New Ashos. Went out of town, dropped the personal stone. I can use it to go in town, but like you, I cannot use it to go back. According to Google there should be a flashing pink dot where I left the stone! I remember that dot from a previous game so I am very confused!!!!What are we doing wrong??? I googled all kinds of questions, the answer is not coming up. I do not like problems with no answer: I will keep looking!!!

I finally figured out what I was doing wrong. I was right clicking on the Platform in inventory to drop it when what you're supposed to do is left click on the stone and it automatically drops. Then it shows up as a teleport on the map. Sometimes picking it back up can be tricky but that was my problem.

You are right, John, it works! I quess Google mixed up the games and talked about a flashing pink spot from the first 2 Worlds. As I have not played the game in a long time I could not see the difference. Sorry about misleading you!
