The Auditon is the guy with the big ears sitting at one of the tables up there. If I remember correctly, his name is Click.

It's a favorite of mine, JimmyK, but a tough one in spots. Just holler if you need more hints.

Well, two hours later, here I am. (I had dinner and the watched Sci-Fi Channel.)

Major spoilers:

Once you enter Deven’s memories, sit at the computer, go to Household Audio and select Mixed Selections. Go back to the Main Menu and select Dispatch Negotiating Team, then Other Interested Party. Check off Swonza-5, Churg-53, and Zig-64. Dispatch that team, then check off Politicians: Norg-72 and Vargas-20 and dispatch them, too. Next, check off and dispatch Environmentalists: Pnurth-81 and Lentil 24.

Go back to Main Menu and select Buyer Bids. Accept the bids from Pylon-3, Clang-2, Gild-23, Dork-44, and the one from Min. Mart in the RG column. Return to the Main Menu and Quit.

Time has to pass, so examine the Sraffan art on the wall, go down the hallway and look at and behind the painting of Whistler’s Mother. Knock on the door of the rest room, validate Quosh’s neuroses, and tell him an anecdote.

Go back to the computer and check on the status of the negotiating teams. Click on Swonza-5 and see that he agreed. Keep clicking on the politicians until they agree, too, then do the same with the environmentalists. Select Dispatch Negotiating Teams again, choose A Seller, then check off Yeef-8 and Lentil-24. Dispatch the team, then check off and dispatch Gild-13, Pnurth-81, Zig-64, and Churg-53.

Back at the Main Menu, choose Status of Negotiating Teams again and keep clicking on Yeef-8 until you get a satisfactory answer. Back to the Main Menu again, select Dispatch Negotiating Team and A Buyer, then check off and dispatch Dork-44, Lentil-24, and Vargas-20. Go to Main Menu and Quit.

To pass more time, go upstairs and examine Michelangelo’s David, the Sraffan statue, and the current globe (ball with sparks that distorts your vision). Chat with Irk-4. Greet her and ask about her terms.

Back at the computer, check on the status of the negotiating teams and keep on clicking Dork-44 and Gild-13 to get satisfactory responses. Go to Deal Summay in the Main Menu and select Submit Offer. Choose two code words (Angry Bagpipe) and write them down before returning to the Main Menu.

You have to catch her when she's on her break. You can save and reboot the game to hurry the process.

Have you entered her memories at all yet? If not, make sure you save as soon as you get there.

Good job, JimmyK! thumbsup I never got to finish the game because I ran out of time. I couldn't go back to where I wasted too much time (in the bar) because I had overwritten my saves. I want to go back and replay it from the beginning now that I know where I went wrong.
