Turns out that the game in question was in fact my game - I've even got 3 votes for "Best Freeware Game" !! - just posting this here to hopefully avoid possible further confusion. (One possibility is that people mixed it up in their heads with the other Captain Disaster game, which *IS* freeware.) Of course it may not be Boomers who accidentally voted in the wrong category, it's just a possibility.

Obviously delighted that Captain Disaster got 7 nominations, and that AGS Cycles got a nod for best non-AG. Unexpected at the Rising Star getting a nom for Best Music / Sound was nice too - I did the SFX for that game, though the nom would have been far more to do with Eric's awesome music score.

Very happy to see games from lots of dev friends in the mix too, especially Legend of Hand, Neofeud and A Tale of Two Kingdoms: Deluxe Edition getting multiple nominations.




Actual voting will be from 13th February till 7th March, with the awards ceremony soon after that (to be voted on by the AGS community).
