To be honest when we were catching up with old friends or going for a drive
it was good but staying at the Father n' law and step Mum n' law place not so good as they made sure we always had chores too do around the place. Eg Mostly Cooking, Feeding chickens, watering the gardens and maintenance so it sort of ruined the trip for us as it was suppose to be a Xmas break
...if we ever go back in the future
it will be in our own place which would be better...
P.S it's good to help your folks as they're getting older but not when it gets to the point it ruins Xmas for you, but it's a experience we won't forget
The scenery, fresh air and ocean view is beautiful.
But the best thing being back is catching up with Boomers on here.

yes it is especially by the sea...I loved up North near the Light House.. 
but yes the view's are amazing especially the ocean.
