Here's a review from Quandary. It seems to be point and click -- the review doesn't state that directly, but I'm pretty sure that keyboard control would have been flagged and discussed. This is one of those love-it-or-hate-it games. You might want to give it a miss unless you especially enjoy quirky, unconventional games. I don't see the game on Inferno's XP compatibility list. Perhaps someone who's tried it on XP will post with appropriate experiences in attempting to do so.

I was only able to get it to run on 98SE. I believe it installed on ME and XP but would not run if I remember properly. I can't say whether or not it is any good cause I only played it for about an hour and never got back to it. I thought what I saw was interesting. Need to load it up and check it out again.

I am one of the few people who loved this game - especially the organ puzzle. I think most people love it or really, really hate it - I mean really hate it. I'll admit it can be pretty frustrating but when I finally got that @&#^$%%&*Q organ puzzle to work I felt I had made some major accomplishment. I played it on WIN98, so dan't help on specs. It's is point and click. If you can get it cheap - then go for it.

Hi folks, One technical problem with 9: The Last Resort that hasn't been discussed is that it doesn't recognise above 32MB RAM. So if you have more memory than this the installation process tells you you don't have enough memory In the past you could send your original disk in to Infogrames/Atari and get a replacement but they don't seem to be offering that service any more. Here is the FAQ from the publishers website: you can email support by clicking the button at the bottom of this web page. Cheers Gordon
