Can't play the game as it appears the size of a postage stamp in the middle of my screen.

Technical support suggested I need to ensure the NVIDIA video card is used. I've done that but without any joy.

Anyone had the same problem?

I moved your post over to Glitches, as this is a technical problem and not a game hints-related problem.

Maybe someone here will have some additional suggestions for you.

System requirements are higher for Life Is Strange 2 than for the first Life Is Strange
or for Captain Spirit -- especially for the video card.
Make sure your computer meets the system requirements.
If your video card meets the requirements, you may need different video drivers.

Still having problems getting the game to start, with the game screen appearing postage stamp size on my screen.
Lots of e-mails from the Square Enix support people but no joy so far.
Now been escalated to the "team in charge" whatever that means.

So, did you do what Jenny suggested and make sure you computer meets the system requirements?

That's the first thing Square Enix double-checked.
Problem has been 'escalated' but it's still no where near being resolved. I think they are running out of ideas.

I hope they can help, but you might be right about them running out of ideas.
