For some reasons, I do not see the notes and color of the notes on top of the 5 birds that we can see at the beginning of the game.

So, at the top of the tower, I can't open the door with the 5 signs.

Could I get which choice of bird songs and notes I can get for each signs.

There is a clear screenshot which color notes to use.

Sometimes it is hard to see the notes when you are looking to the blue sky, you can try looking in the night time.
The sky is then not so bright.

When you don't see the notes when the birds whistle, go to the options and turn on the hearing-aid.
Then you see the notes.

Your suggestion did the trick.
