The real issue is not to have two or more anti-virus programs, or two or more anti-malware programs that have real-time security, because that will cause conflicts in your computer and might even make it more vulnerable.
Malwarebytes is excellent at getting rid of spyware.
You could get CCleaner and run that once a week or so. It gets all the cookies and junk that accumulates that isn't necessarily spyware. There is a setting to move cookies you want to keep for passwords such as Gameboomers.
