Well, since you created the game, I guess it's up to you how you want your customers to 'pay' for a copy! Either with $$$ or with a another game you want in return. (after all, you could sell the game for cash, and use the cash to buy a game from one of the Trading Zone members, so what's the diffrence?) Anyhow, that's my take on it! Hmmmm, I wonder if I have any games you want in return for a copy of "Harvest"?? Louis

Hi Mike, I think it's a great idea. Just let the trader know you are the developer. Jonathan traded some of his Dark Falls with people that didn't have CC's. It worked out well, both sides were happy. ~Dee

It doesn't seem unethical to me, they're yours to sell or trade--and btw I did have Harvest on my list of wanted games, but decided I couldn't wait and bought it instead!

Hmm, well I would make sure that any trades you are offered compensate for your sales losses.. Yes as far as GTZ is concerned, it would be ethical. What you must appreciate is that there are many players who are discouraged with trading overseas, so want to have a local source for games. I for one hate to use my cc on any sites but a handful (home shopping and amazon mainly) for all other transactions I like to be able to send a cheque or cash (mine not the recipients!!) Must admit that was why I got Dark Fall so quickly, could send a UK cheque and got my game within a week!! The nicest take on this scenario is that they have all heard of the game but don't know where to get it from, so you are tapping into a great market!! Hugs Tig

Ditto that! And as some of us have a bad habit of spending too much at Christmastime (not me of course), we are delighted to make a trade instead of coming up with elusive cash Thanks for caring!

Hey Mike. I just took a look at your wanted list. Did you REALLY put down that you DO want boxed games but DON'T CARE if they have manuals?

Yes. I guess my thinking was that if someone had the BOX, then in all likelihood, they had the manual. But now you've got me to thinking. Hmmm. Mike.

Mike, I think if anyone at all is entitled to do whatever they wish with their game - the creator is certainly the only one who can always dispose of, sell, trade, paper their walls or do truly anything they want. Definitely get the manuals - though I must confess I never read the durn things til I have a problem. I just grump around my office, go online and look for posts, talk to my kids and then finally the last thing I try is to get the manual out. Then it's usually "Ohhhh so that's what I am supposed to do" Laura
