Veritas will be released February 12th on Steam, Itch, Apple and Google Play.Check out the trailer here.Check out the demo here.Veritas is a game of mystery and discovery from Glitch Games, creators of Forever Lost, that poses the question; what is truth, and does it even matter?
Having volunteered to take part in a study conducted by Veritas Industries, you now find yourself waking up in a small room with no memory of what happened the day before.
The last thing you remember is signing on the dotted line and following some nice people wearing white coats, but they couldn’t have been lying to you could they? They were doctors for goodness sake...
In this narrative puzzle game, you'll:
Explore a dark and foreboding world full of lies and mysteries. You'll need to explore the entire facility to work out what happened and how you can escape.
Take photos of everything you find using the Glitch Camera. Be they posters, clues, walls, or disturbing blood stains - and use them later to help solve puzzles and piece together the mystery.
Solve lots of puzzles, ranging from inventory based item puzzles all the way to pun-based conundrums. All intricately designed to move the story along, you'll find no pointless filler here - just regular purpose made filler.
Be entranced by the beautiful soundtrack composed by Richard J. Moir. It's so good you won't mind listening to it, on repeat, forever, while you're trapped.

Will this Feb 12th release for Veritas also be for the PC or is it for the App and the PC release will be some time later like Forever Lost was?

Will this Feb 12th release for Veritas also be for the PC or is it for the App and the PC release will be some time later like Forever Lost was? As stated in the first line of the announcement, it will be released on all platforms on that day!  Ana

Thanks Ana! "It's so good you won't mind listening to it, on repeat, forever, while you're trapped."  As long as you don't hate that joke, you should enjoy the "humour" we've put in the game too. I probably shouldn't be given free rein in regards to scripts. Will this Feb 12th release for Veritas also be for the PC or is it for the App and the PC release will be some time later like Forever Lost was? It'll release the same day across PC and Mobile :-)

Thanks Glitch, much better than Forever Lost for us old fogies that don't have fancy phones and tablets. Sheriff...don't see that in the first line unless you mean where the game will be available is a platform. If so, sorry I am not hep to that like you young folk.

I have just finished and I will say I had a very good time, loved it. Took me about 11 hours and I am sorry its over. Not overly hard and yet not easy or hand holding either. The game is full of conundrums and problem solving that are imaginative and void of the typical arcade puzzles.
I was just initiated to Glitch Games a short while ago when finding out about the 3 Episode game by them, Forever Lost so I would like to ask them....Now that Veritas is finished...What is next?
