I can't find some walkthroughs on BF. There seem to be only a few listed under each letter. Did they stop posting some walkthroughs? I was looking for MS Pip walkthrough.

Thanks Marian. Good to know they aren't getting rid of them

I also noticed that some of the walkthroughs that are up have broken links where the pictures should be.

Today I got an email from BF, they wanted me to rate their customer service, I just burst out laughing because they never answered my question about the walkthroughs or the broken links, all they sent was the pat answer about updating your drivers etc. if you are having trouble with a game. I won't be answering their request because at the moment I'm just a little frustrated with BF right now. All I wanted them to say is that they are working on the walkthroughs & may be having a little trouble getting it done. Still waiting, hope they get this resolved soon.

judith, when you got that email from them about updating your drivers, did you reply to that email? Because you won't get a real person on the other end until you reply to that initial automated email from them. The reason I ask is because I have written to Customer Support many times in the last 14 years and not once have I not had a response from a real person in all that time - but you do have to reply to that initial automated email response from Big Fish (the one with the suggestions about how to get games working when you have experienced technical problems or some such) or the whole thing will end there. There is a line in that automated email saying that if this does not resolve your issue to respond to it and someone (in other words, a real person next time) will get back to you. I always feel a bit crazy when folks say they don't get a reply from Big Fish, because that has never been my experience in all the time I have bought games from them. And my first purchase was in 2006 - surely that isn't just luck? It looks to me like they are converting all of their walkthroughs to html format but that it is a very slow process. I do know that a lot of people have written to them about this issue. Family, I found a different walkthrough for Mystery Murders: The Sleeping Palace here.

Hi Marian, I did respond to one of automated emails, I told them that they didn't answer my question, but they were kind enough to give me a free game. I realize that they are quite busy changing all the walkthroughs but it would be nice if they would let us know this. I realize that patience is a virtue but sometimes I just don't have any patience LOL.

If you have a link to a Big Fish walkthrough and the old link isn't working anymore, be aware that they've changed the links. If you have the old link, you can usually find an archived version of the walkthrough at archive.org. For example, the link to the archived version of Mystery Murders: The Sleeping Palace is: ***here***. It will probably take a while to load the webpage because archive.org doesn't have the bandwidth per user that Big Fish does. If you need a link to an old walkthrough that is no longer listed at the current page at https://www.bigfishgames.com/blog/walkthroughs.htmlyou can go to the archived link at https://web.archive.org/web/20190201032033/https://www.bigfishgames.com/blog/game-walkthroughs/for a list of old walkthroughs. You may notice the old walkthroughs have a different format from the new ones. For example the new ones have larger print. They're not just moving the walkthroughs to another website, they're reformatting them, which takes time.

Jenny, I tried the link you posted (you can go to the archived link at https://web.archive.org/web/20190201032033/https://www.bigfishgames.com/blog/game-walkthroughs/ for a list of old walkthroughs) but it appears to be dead. It scrolled and scrolled, then finally stopped on a blank white page. I guess that is the "management" issue?
In the meantime, I am looking for a WT for Dawn of Hope: Skyline Adventure, because I'm stuck on the Knot Puzzle late in the game. All I have found via a Google search is "Play-through" video WT versions, in multiple chapters that you have to watch until they reach the point where you are stuck.
I haven't gone looking for a WT in many years, so I'm sorry to be so obtuse here. Are there no more simple, text WTs with an occasional photo of a puzzle or the like? Thx

It is working for me at the moment. It does take a while to load though. Sometimes the Internet archive has the archived webpage, but it doesn't load the first time. So try again and see if you can get it. Keep in mind this would be for older games. You're not going to find a walkthrough for a game released in 2019 or 2020 in an archive for 2017. In the meantime, I am looking for a WT for Dawn of Hope: Skyline Adventure, because I'm stuck on the Knot Puzzle late in the game. You don't need to go to the archived webpage for that. The walkthrough is here https://www.bigfishgames.com/blog/walkthroughs/dawn-of-hope-skyline-adventure-walkthrough.htmlIt's listed in the current Big Fish walkthrough list at https://www.bigfishgames.com/blog/walkthroughs/name.d.html
