The reason GameBoomers was shut down is that we have been too busy and has caused the server itself to shut down several times. This involved the shut down of other sites that are in the same server.

A solution has been discussed by Bob with the server to let us GameBoomers be busy as usual and still post as much as we want.

As for the vacation, I was caught up in the mountains of of North Carolina stranded in a snow storm with no power for nearly 2 days. Just got power and net access late last night. Am still up in the mountains, though! Still trying to get a relaxing vacation - which I think will not happen.

The whole time GB was down, the thought running through my mind was " Oh, my G**, what am I going to do if Gameboomers never comes back?" Does this mean I need to get a Life???

So, it wasn't necessary to by a new pc. Well,it's a beautiful one.

I'm trying! I'm trying! Pests you are not! These few days showed us how much we love and missed all of you!

A wasp bit one of my doggies - Francois, had to check every minute if I have to run to an emergency vet if he starts having an anaphylactic shock.
The car's AC broke down and hubby is now at the repair shop to have it repaired - worried that the drive home will be too hot for my bulldoggies.

I think I'll have my rest aka breakdown when I get home sometime this week.
