I'm just wondering what the latest word is on this Tex Murphy game. I remember hearing about it around the time when I played Tesla Effect. Is it still in the works?

As far as I know, it is still being worked on. The last time we discussed this was here.

I was in contact with Big Finish Games on May 8th and they had no specific update for me to announce, but assured me it is still in production. I keep the GameBoomer Latest & Upcoming Adventure Games Page updated. If it disappears from there, it is because I was told they are no longer working on a game.

Oh ok good. Anxiously awaiting. I love Tex.

WOW!I Was just checking in about this (especially after seeing the Unofficial page seemed to be gone!) and hoping things were moving along, that we would have another great Tex game to look forward to. I know things are very rough right now for all of us, but this is the only magic we have left! Going back to my box now. Thank you.

I read this as Poisoned Prawn and thought it was a tad weird even for Tex
Perhaps I was hungry at the time.
