Did you receive a 1404 error message the first time this happened? This could be the result of having a large Purchase History, which can create a problem that sometimes happens to people. I would try this even if you did not receive an error message.

Keep responding to those automated Customer Support emails that you are receiving, when you are able to do so. Big Fish is undergoing some reorganization at the moment and I suspect that is why you haven't heard back from anyone yet.
