Alright, who took my post!! I know I typed a post yesterday, but I must have gotten up for another cup-o-dum dum, and forgot what I was doing. Welcome to the weekend ever body. It's been nothing but cold and rain here for a few days, so we are suffering from cabin fever. Today is still overcast, but I think we'll have some sunshine later, and I intend to go to Walmart for some things, and then go pick up Beau so Missy and I will have some company for a few days. Wishing everyone a great weekend whatever your plans. joe

Hi everyone! Here's something nice I want to share with you all. One of my next door neighbors have become dear friends since I moved in 7 years ago. They know I no family to embrace during the holidays. On the Eve's of Thanksgiving and Christmas, he texted me that he had left a plate of dinner by my front door. Each time it was a portion of the food they prepared. I was gratefully stunned. Now, I'm not struggling to feed myself, so it was a meaningful gesture on their part. When I was younger, one of the activities that drew my ex and I together, was volunteering during the holidays to deliver meals to those less fortunate. My neighbor's action struck me as one of those 'full circle' events in life. Although done under different circumstances, it was something to find myself on the receiving end. Thank God for friends!

Good day all! Welcome to the weekend! It was a busy day of still trying to get all caught up. The more I do, the more comes in. I've decided I'm going to make rules for myself this year and call it a day by 8pm so I can play and have me time. I might not be so cranky that way. That said, I will finish my stuff so I can play my VR games. I've had the headset since Christmas Eve and haven't even played an hour in total. My boarder goes home later tonight too. She was a real sweetheart to have! Have a great evening!

Good morning Connie, and Ana, and all. It's a sunny beautiful day down here. I'm about to take the pups parking, but I'm going over and start a brand new diner first. Just wanted to let you know.
