Hi Marian, I remember liking Rhiannon. Played it when it first released years ago. Good to see GOG got it out running on todays specs. I think another game they just released is Nikopol: Secrets of the Immortals and it is also going for $1. I liked it as well. They just keep them coming slow but sure don't they.

"Daedalic is having another Publisher's sale. You can fine tune preferences. Just have to fine tune every time after returning to list. Check out bundles offered. I can only guess that anyone who had interest in these games have already played them. Most have some years on them. Anyhow here we go one last time"
I jumped on all the Daedalic games when they came out but surprisingly I have a lot of them that I never played. This year I have been trying to make my way through the Deponia games but it is a struggle. I don't like the characters, their voices, or their conversation much. I'm currently playing the second game Chaos on Deponia. I guess it is going better for me than the first game did but I go days without playing it so that when I do play, I can stomach it. I was planning on replaying Edna & Harvey soon but now I am afraid to in case I don't like it anymore either, though I think it is just the Deponia people - I hope.
Edit: Not a new game, but new to GOG: Sumatra: Fate of Yandi which might interest some people.

Hey oldbroad.....geeze every time I use your name I feel like I am CALLING you a "name" and I am gonna get smacked but I love it! Thanks for bringing up Sumatra . Have never heard of this one. I searched for an initial release date and found that 2019 IS the original release date. Could have fooled me I got more to say pertaining to Daedalic and their games but the wife and I are heading out for dinner. Aztecas de oro one of our favorites. I'll get back to this tomorrow

Orion, shaun9991 (GB member name) of Cloak and Dagger Games used to post here in the past and shared some free games with us. You can find a couple of them on Steam, along with Sumatra and some others. I have Sumatra from there but haven't played it yet. I did enjoy the free games that I played. They are currently developing Incantamentum, which you mentioned in one of your prior posts and Ana had announced in October.
That restaurant looks real good. I hope you enjoyed your meal.

Dinner was great as usual, thank you both I have played 5 games from Daedalic and enjoyed them all, my favorite being A New Beginning . I did try the first Deponia but like you had the same issues with the game. I lasted about 1 hour and quit never to go back INCANTAMENTUM , just from that short video, has my interest. I will download the demo later today and check it out. Sumatra too has my interest. It has 97% positive reviews. What is it about the "old school point and click" games that bring such interest. For me.....well it is how it all began years ago. Those were the days. This new kind of entertainment that just grabbed a hold of you. It is nice to kinda go back to those times playing games like these especially when they look / sound good I find it really nice that GB has developers that come here to post, really cool.......I think it shows you that they really care about those here interested in their works. The added info they sometimes provide is appreciated for sure. Shaun9991 offering free games......I mean you just don't see that. These are the developers you need to support Time for some breakfast.....I think 2 pieces of toast with All Fruit jelly, small OJ, small milk and one more cup coffee will work. Take care......
