Hi. I know I've read somewhere here at Gameboomers about folk having accounts at Big Fish on seperate computers I already have an account with them on my Win7 machine but would like to have another on my Win10 machine. Could I please ask for help on how to achieve that

Thanks, Marian However, downloads from BF using my Win7 account go to an external drive that's connected to the Win7 machine - whereas I would want downloads to my Win10 account to go directly to C Drive on that machine. So that's probably not possible ?? [ This query has arisen because there is an ongoing problem with current BF downloads to my Win7 which the BF techie man hasn't (yet) been able to solve ]

I don't believe she'd have to change it back and forth at all being on different computers, Marian.
I wouldn't want to attempt anything different with BF right now though! Oldbroad, I am sure glad you are awake - you are so right. I removed those lines from my post. I don't think changing the download location would be an issue at all right now - it's not really part of the mess - it's just directing the game files where they should be downloaded to, like what you sometimes do when you download a patch. I have changed the download location a few times when I want to play Nancy Drew: Danger on Deception Island. If you let it download to Program Files x86, the game won't run. If you change it to plain old Program Files, it downloads and runs perfectly. I have helped several people with this issue over the years.

Yahoo !! Thank you both for the invaluable help I've now established an account with BF on my Win10 machine and am using the Game Manager and can see my full Purchase History as per my Win7 account - so I've downloaded a favourite old Match 3 and played it for a few minutes I selected the C Drive location "Program Files x86" for downloads. [Most of my already purchased games can still be played on Win7 via the external drive but for the time being I'm unable to download any more to it. That's what the BF techie man has been trying to help with. But now it doesn't matter as much if a solution can't be found.] So .... I might have two (only small, of course glasses of wine with my evening meal now as a celebration Thanks again Ladies
