"Leaves" is a beautiful game. At first, it reminded me of the Amanita games, but as far as gameplay is concerned, "Leaves" is a very different kind of game.
The puzzles are a pleasant mix of item collecting, pattern recognition, observation, and logic. There's also a very nice whimsical aspect to the game (related to a looking glass).

The game does have a few technical problems ... but nothing that should prevent you from enjoying this game.

I announced the two Leaves games (Leaves: The Journey and Leaves: The Return) when they were released on Big Fish, and I remember posters here having good things to say about them.

There also used to be a free game, called 'Solar Garden', but it was made in Flash ...

I still have not tried any of the freeware programs out there that are supposed to be substitutes for Flash Player.
