Hi All Hope you are all doing well Happy Month of May, I have a Question, Im a total Big Fish Customer since whenever, anyway its been 2 days now I wanted to see what NEW games they had, perks etc. I used to get a screen that showed a new game and on the left side was perks - old and new games and I could easily Try the game before I bought it .... I know Im getting up in my years but its 2 days and I still don't see it ... I'm asking Please what can I do or is this the New norm for Big fish? that they forget PC gaming and place all games on telephone which BTW is the pits My bubble witch which I had my daughter place there THinking it was better was the pits I shake a little so aiming a ball is crazy I'm taking it off , I'm very upset that these people "Think" its OK its not ok unfortunately I will quit Big fish also if that's the Way They Are going Any help on the screen Please

Just click on New Releases immediately to the right of the BigFish logo above. All the games are on there by day.

Hi TLC sorry I didnt get back to you sooner im just a lil sick today ... yes I did do that thanks for the suggestion .... I even wrote to Big Fish about it no answer so far ... also checked and deleted the cookies still that other screen comes up ... im heartbroken but hey It can only get better Im already down and out .....

How about if you try this round-a-bout way. Maybe it will work.

Go to one of Marian's game announcement posts such as the one from today for Modern Art 14 and click on the link she provides. Then when you are on that game page, you can go to the top of the screen and hover on PC Games and from there, on the left of the screen, you should be able to go to PC Games Home. If that fails, you can still type in the search box for the game you want to order.

Are you trying to get to Big Fish through your browser or through your game manager?

Leeana it could be your browser is outdated. When I use my old computer and go to places like Big Fish it doesn't show everything...I have to use my newer computer and the page loads perfectly.

Leeana, it appears you have this sorted out. I don't really like that first screen either, but I get the same thing. However, when I click on Games and then Games Store, I get the screen you are looking for with perks on the left etc.
