Oh, no, family! And with heart failure, you really do have to cut out salt. I had to go salt restricted about 20 years ago because of my blood pressure. I don't even LIKE salt any more! And your doctor knows how to take care of you, so take your meds - morning, lunch and evening!
It sure is good to hear from you... did you get to go see the Barbie movie?

Honestly, looking at labels is something I always do to prevent rather than treat illnesses. I'm glad you are being conscientious now!

I also always read labels. Almost everything has too much salt, sugars and all kinds of other nasty stuff in it. That's why I try to do as much of my own cooking as possible. My husband reduced his very high blood sugar by drastically reducing his sugar and carbohydrate intake. It's now in the normal range and he was able to do it without taking any drugs.
Gardens put to bed. Time for more reading and gaming.
