As I mentioned before in the Casual Games thread, you can report the issue to Big Fish in the hopes that they will pass the information on to Boomzap and it will get fixed in an update. The more people who report this issue, the better.
You can also report the issue directly to Boomzap; you can write to them
here. Tell them what operating system you are running on, the name of the game and that you bought it from Big Fish, and then describe the exact nature of the problem. It could not hurt to do this as well as to contact Big Fish Customer Support.
Otherwise, Big Fish might also issue you some points for a different game.
