When starting Return to Mysterious island and Echo: Secrets of the lost cavern I boot up the game and the animations go really fast,

I am using dgvoodoo so that the games can run without a problem.

So far the fix seems to be to just restart the game until the animation returns to normal, I have tried to find a better fix on the internet but have been unsuccessful.


My computer has a Nvidia 3060 ti

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor

and it has 32 gigs of RAM.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, Attaboy20, I have zero experience with dgvoodoo, so I can't help. What operating system are you using? Is the game a download or are you playing from a disk? I found one conversation at Steam with others having problems with the game even using dgvoodoo.

You could try posting your question on this website here - post it in the dgvoodoo forum.

The very last forum on the page is the dgvoodoo forum - the creator of dgvoodoo checks in there and he has worked with me in the past with some troublesome games. There are some very knowledgeable people there.
