Family, keep your focus on the present moment and not worrying about tomorrow or dwelling on the past. Stay busy with activities you enjoy and focus on what you can control. Take care of yourself, get enough sleep, eat well and stay hydrated. And most importantly be sure to seek Professional Help (doctor) for your medical condition.

Family, I am so sorry to hear about your health troubles. I've been wondering where you were and why we hadn't seen you here.

Please take care of yourself and make sure you follow your doctor's advice.

I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.
