To some extent we close a circle with Evanescence. I posted this in a much earlier emmanation of the thread. The band can do litiling and rock; this is a version of probably their best known rock song with a full Japanese orchestra using traditional instruments. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hk1GtYK7BJMIn the same vein and picking up the Black Veil vibes, this is a track from PJ Harvey, another artist who can rock hard but also smooth chill.
