I've kept an eye on Subnautica since its release and finally purchased it. It looked so good. It is VR supported, runs in both VR and Standard modes, where Subnautica 2 is Single-player/Online Co-op. I purchase the original and attempted to run it in VR but my setup needs to be updated to do it justice in VR. The game is a time consumer. It would have to become a dedicated game. The rewards from that dedication would be very good. Having released in 2018 it has over 257,000 reviews giving it a "overwhelming positive" review rating in the 96+% range. Hopefully Subnautica 2 will do very well
