Our online store will transition to Digital River’s MyCommerce platform on Monday, November 18, 2024.
This updated platform will deliver a streamlined, more consistent online store experience for purchasing our games or other digital products. During and after this transition, HeR Interactive’s Customer Service (customerservice@herinteactive.com) will be your first line of support for general questions, past purchase inquiries, and issues regarding your order. For assistance with game installation, please contact techsupport@herinteractive.com.
With any change, the transition will have some hiccups, but we are doing everything we can to communicate all important information consistently and frequently with you. As always, we are incredibly grateful to all of you for being such loyal customers. We want to assure you that we are focused on making this new store the best place to buy Nancy Drew games and all the other digital products currently in our store now and into the future.
You do not need to do anything if you have downloaded and saved all your digital versions of Nancy Drew games or other digital products. If unsure, please read below for more information.
🔴 How might I be impacted?
In short, it depends, and you might not be impacted if you saved your previous game and digital product purchases. However, if you have not downloaded and backed up your games and digital products after purchase, we encourage you to back up and save your installation files by November 18. As you are probably aware, games purchased from HeR Interactive have always required you to download them within 30 days to be able to keep them saved and stored in a safe space.
Once the transition to the new store (MyCommerce) is made on Monday, November 18, 2024, your previous account login and credentials will no longer work through the new HeR Interactive online store. Thus, you must create a new account on MyCommerce when placing a new order unless you choose guest checkout.
Unfortunately, with the transition, there will be no way to link your previous purchases to the new MyCommerce store. Hence, we encourage you to save all your game(s) to your computer, flash drive, hard drive, or disc before the transition date on Monday, November 18, 2024. However, if your 30 days have expired on an order from the old store and you did not save your game and need to re-download it, send your proof of purchase email to customerservice@herinteractive.com for assistance with any orders made in the last 5 years.
Remember, you will not be affected if you have saved all of your Nancy Drew games purchased at HeRInteractive.com.
