Looks exactly like a low budget older Nancy Drew game. Maybe not a bad thing...?

In the first paragraph about the game here, the developer mentions what games influenced Alex Hill. smile

I bought it and have only played 19 minutes, but it is very reminiscent of a Nancy Drew game. Not the greatest graphics but good voiceovers and runs well on Mac.

I will definitely pick it up at some point.

It's kind of funny, because I remember saying when Midnight in Salem came out that if the graphics had been like Message in a Haunted Mansion (Nancy Drew #3) and the actual game was good, that it would not have mattered to me one bit. And I think quite a few ND fans feel similarly.
