Well, since I was busy staying off of this computer today while I downloaded Last Half of Darkness (took 15-1/2 hours with a few issues) I started playing Mystery PI: The New York Fortune on my Win 7 computer. I bought this series (7 games) back in 2016 because deleterman seemed to really like them. This is only the 3rd one I'm playing but this is the type of HOG I like.

I agree - I have always liked the Mystery PI series.

I was wondering where you were - and now I understand why you were offline. smile

I finished Mystery PI: The New York Fortune but have skipped over Golden Trails 3 (for now) and started Mystery Trackers: Raincliff's Phantoms. I have also been playing a mosaics game called Art Passion as well as some other paint type games.

That sounds good.

I am replaying Myth or Reality: Mystery of the Lake. The first time through I was constantly using the hint button and wanted to give it another try to see if the game had just caught me on some off days. I am still using the hint button a lot, although not quite as much as previously. Not sure why this game seems more difficult than other Do games I have played, but there you are. We will see if the bonus game goes better, which I just started.

I don't have any of the Myth or Reality games at this time. I have already looked at the guide twice in my Raincliff's Phantoms game. It is good but I'm finding it difficult.

I did not find Raincliff's Phantoms to be an easy game either. I should revisit it at some point as I have only played it once, a long time ago.

I must have finished Raincliff's Phantoms at least 10 days ago but just tonight started Golden Trails 3: The Guardian's Creed. Got stuck in a puzzle and decided to get out and try again tomorrow.

I hope you enjoy the game!

Cursed House 6 is my current game. I've been playing the series in order off and on for quite a while now.

I like the game a lot Marian, as I liked the first two. I'm glad I decided to try the puzzle again today, as I saw some way to move in it that I didn't see last night. Conquered! grin

I finished the main game of Golden Trails 3 a couple nights back but am still playing the "unlimited play" trying to get the "best time". I did miss getting all of the fleur de lis though so there is one section not open to me.

I have also just played Secret City: Mysterious Collection which was pretty enjoyable. Next up will be Grim Tales 2: The Legacy. I had forgotten that I started this series last year.

I thought The Legacy was a good game. I haven't played Secret Mysterious Collection yet.

I don't believe I have ever played Golden Trails 3 and need to get back to that series.

I have been playing Turbo Subs and Turbo Pizza this past week. Turbo Pizza I have finished before; Turbo Subs I get stuck on level 40 and unable to progress, but will keep trying off and on.

I'm surprised to hear you say you don't think you played Golden Trails 3, Marian. I apparently assumed you had as I'm pretty certain that your mention of these games at some time in the past is what prompted me to buy them (or to start playing them at least). Of course, I may not even be remembering that right at all. laugh

Hm, well, I did note next to all three games on my list "recommended by Marian" and I bought them on 10/30/21. Now, maybe you were only recommending one game and I notated all of them though. That is a definite possibility. smile

Ran into a section in Grim Tales with 4 hard puzzles. So far, I only conquered one of them. I like the puzzle type and hope I don't lose my patience. laugh

Grim Tales - I ran into a nasty sliding block puzzle I eventually had to skip. It unlocked the 'Main Corridor.'

I can remember a few tough puzzles with The Legacy.

Ob, I think I probably did recommend all of the Golden Trails games, having played two of them and having seen a small portion of the third one to know that it was good too. smile

Glad you're enjoying The Riddle of Mrs Bishop, Leeana! I haven't gotten that far yet in the series. The next MCF that I'll play (hopefully soon-ish) will be The Harbinger.

If you have the CE version of Mrs. Bishop, there is a bonus game that I would not recommend if you have a certain phobia. I enjoyed it, however. smile

Good to see you here, Leeana!

One hour got me one of the puzzles. One and 3/4 hours on the next puzzle got me NOWHERE. So, still two to go. Since I'm not good at describing puzzles, they are to get into the torture room near the end of Chapter 2.
"Move each gray square into the blue spaces by using the arrows at the bottom of the scene." I don't think anything inside the torture room will be as bad as these puzzles. wink
