Thanks, Ana. I preordered the game and installed it yesterday. I played 9 hours, I couldn't stop. lol It's nice that it has a hint feature, had to use it a few times. I recommend it for anyone who loved the original. hearts wave

I was wondering if this Amerzone re-do has manual saving (or unlimited saves). I have a feeling it does NOT, which isn't that appealing to someone like me who only plays games for a half hour at a time (for various reasons).
I played the demo and the graphics looked amazing, but I haven't gotten a direct answer yet on the Steam forums as to whether or not there's only ONE save slot per game.

Of course I am not fond of limiting players to 'autosaves' especially when they are far apart or when you finish a particular area or chapter. I can tolerate the auto's coming quickly where one can see an icon or something showing in a corner so you can then quit when you see it. Also...does the game autosave upon quitting, which would be acceptable to me if Manual Saves are not possible?

When I quit the game, it will say how long it's been since the last save. The autosaves aren't too far apart, don't need to complete chapters for it to save. wave

Thanks for the information. I will hold off for now due to the lack of manual saving. It DOES look amazing, from what I've seen.
