Good Monday Morning! Oh, my, Connie. I am so sorry to hear about your friend on life support. Positive energy sent her way. I hope she will recover.
Supposed to be heading to 85 degrees F today. I'm just not ready for this much heat! But it does give me an opportunity to get back out and work again.
Gardens put to bed. Time for more reading and gaming.

Enjoying a cup of wide awake double dark brew and bagel. Taking some time off before I grill a flank steak for dinner tonight. Take care and enjoy the afternoon/evening everyone

Connie, I hope your friend is okay.
I had one of those disaster days where you just throw up your hands and laugh. Looking forward to a saner day tomorrow.
I think I'm quite ready for another adventure.

Good Tuesday morning! I am so glad to hear your friend Steph is doing better, Connie. Had a quick thunderstorm this morning with more rain which kind of puts the kibosh on working in the perennial beds as they are too muddy. It did get up to 85 degrees yesterday - it was hot! I heard about that power outage, Fogfighter - it sounds like it was really wide-spread. A cyberattack was considered, but one article I read said this: Portugal’s grid operator suggested induced atmospheric vibration was to blame, a phenomenon whereby extreme temperature changes can cause especially high-voltage lines to oscillate

Good news about your friend, Connie, and I hope the recovery continues 🤞
Way too hot here in the UK at the moment. (Reduces me to a wreck 👎 I can’t stand heat. It makes me so ill.)

oldbroad, wasps, bees and hornets do not return to old nests. I have heard to leave up to deter new ones, also have heard to remove because it invites more to the area.
