As is customary for your cafe, we must have a few snacks available for our guests to keep their energy levels up. Well for starters on todays menu we have the Wright stuff, a full breakfast consisting of pancakes with syrup, crispy bacon, eggs, hash browns, beans and of course for the hardy folk out there some black pudding If you want something healthier, then our Greenwich sandwich might be up your alley - wholegrain bread with sliced beef, mustard and crunchy fresh salad. Dessert is of course a baked Alaska fresh from the Arctic! The tropical taster is a fruit salad not to be missed, with everything from mango to mandarins, pineapples to papayas and apples to apricots. Full of vitamin C To top it off, what table would be complete without a few Manhattans or for those who need to stay up late, espresso. Oh and a special for Martin, have just had a keg of hoegaarden and a basket of limes shipped in

I have Pilsner Urquell from the Czech Republic in the fridge. Anyone from Czech around that I can personally thank and congratulate?

I like a good ol fashion BUDWEISER myself. That's the same school, Ray! Budweiser is from Budvar (CZ). Pilsner is comparable, only a tiny bit better. Great topic, btw. Who brought it up?

Metamorphium: Thank you, and congratulations. Btw, I like the Marvin Minsky quote in your sig. I know another one from him that I like even better: "I want to build a robot that is proud of me."

Theres also some Leffe blond beer in the fridge... Now as we are all imbibing, maybe we need some nibblies to go alongside, so dishes of mixed nuts, prok scratchings and pickled eggs have been added to the buffet...
